With backgrounds in photography, art and nature illustration, we (Joan DeSimone and Bob Culver) have incorporated our knowledge and love of nature into our jewelry. Our designs originate from extensive research and photographing wildlife during our travels throughout the country.

Our creations are a tribute to nature and wildlife. We believe in the urgent need to save the environment, life and beauty on earth.

Since 1988, the two of us have exhibited in shows throughout the eastern United States. We work with several shows as jurors and as advisory board members. We have also organized and directed a benefit art show for the National Aviary in Pittsburgh. The show is now one of the Aviary's largest events and fundraisers.

It is a privelege to be able to make a living creating what we are so passionate about while increasing awareness and educating at the same time.
