Leigh and Gilbert Nelson

Gil and Leigh live in southwestern New Mexico where they create their designs. Their unique jewelry is the result of the blending of both Gil's and Leigh's talents. There is a bit of each of them in every piece. From the germinating seedling of a creative idea to the adaption of idea with materials, to fabrication and production of their actual finished pieces, each of them lends their talents. Leigh tends to be the more creative and intuitive partner. Gil is the craftsman who brings Leigh's ideas into a reality. Both share a love of ancient and modern art, culture across the globe, and particularly, Native American traditions.
