Bruce Mullins & Debra Bays

Bruce Mullins and Debra Bays—a husband and wife team—have collaborated in the design and production of garden sculpture for years. Their creative efforts eventually lead to the creation of P.T. Isabel Garden Products. Through P.T. Isabel, the two designers sell sculptures for display in both home and corporate gardens. Both Mullins and Bays play an active roll in the business and in the creation of each piece they sell. Both Mullins and Bays have a great deal of experience in metal work. Mullins began working with metal at a very early age. His father designed much of the commercial rod iron fencing and architectural pieces in the greater Cincinnati area. As a young adult, Mullins worked with bronze sculpture. Through the American Fine Art Bronze organization, he worked on both the Blue Ash War Memorial and Cincinnati’s Police Memorial. Debbie Mullins began working with metal over ten years ago. Learning from her husband, she mastered the art of welding and brazing.
