How to Purchase
- Select Your Tickets
Visit our web-only $2 off ticket page OR, if you are a Sugarloaf Club member, look in your weekly newsletter for the ticket link. Select the show and quantity and click “add to cart” and then click “pay now” to pay online with Amazon Payments
- Pay Online with Amazon Payments
Amazon Payments provides a safe and easy way to purchase your Sugarloaf tickets online. You do NOT need an existing Amazon account. You will need an email address and a credit card. If you have made purchases with Amazon before, you may simply use your existing Amazon account to make your purchase. (Amazon Payments uses your Amazon account. This is not an account with Sugarloaf.)
- Print Your Tickets or Ticket Email
You may print your tickets once your transaction is approved. You will also receive an email with a copy of your tickets. Most transactions process instantly. Occasionally approval takes just a few moments. Note that tickets are delivered electronically. They are not sent by US Mail.
Having Trouble?
We apologize for any difficulty you might encounter. Please review the solutions below to see if you may easily resolve your issue You may contact us with additional questions or concerns.
- Unable to Sign In
If you have previously made purchases with Amazon.com, you will need your Amazon.com password to proceed with checkout as a returning customer. This account is not a Sugarloaf account and Sugarloaf does not have access to your login information. Because your Amazon account may contain sensitive payment information from past purchases, Amazon has a number of security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to your account. To insure security, you should only contact Amazon regarding login issues with your Amazon account.
In the event of a forgotten password, you have the option of using Amazon’s process for password reset OR simply using an alternate email address and proceeding as a new customer. Please note that you cannot use the same email address to create multiple Amazon accounts.
To reset your password, visit Amazon’s Password Assistance Page. Sugarloaf does not have access to your Amazon password and cannot reset or retrieve your password for you.
If you are unable to reset your password, you may refer to Amazon’s Help Pages for additional information. You may also contact Amazon with questions regarding Amazon account login or password resets. (Click “skip sign in” when contacting Amazon if you are unable to log into Amazon.com.)
- Avoid Duplicate Transactions
Unless you receive a message that your charge was declined, chances are your purchase will be approved and Amazon Payments needs just a few more minutes to process your transaction. Repeating the process before you receive your final confirmation will likely result in a duplicate charge! Look for the Amazon confirmation in your email. When in doubt, check the status of your transaction at payments.amazon.com.
- A “Waiting on Approval” message appears…
Approval is usually instant; however, Amazon Payments might need more time to process your transaction. You should have your approval within the next few minutes. You may check the status of your transaction at payments.amazon.com. Your tickets will be sent by email as soon as we receive the approval from Amazon Payments.
- A blank page appears…
If your browser hangs on a blank white page after submitting your payment, please do not go back and submit the payment again. It is possible that Amazon Payments has simply failed to return you to the Sugarloaf website. (This error may occur on Apple’s older Safari 4 browser.) Please check your inbox (or bulk mail folder) for the Sugarloaf ticket email. You should also look for a message from Amazon. Amazon will provide a confirmation of your transaction even in the event that payment authorization fails. (Sugarloaf mails tickets, only if payment is successful.) If you have not received any confirmations, please visit payments.amazon.com to check the status of your transaction. To avoid duplicate charges, you should not attempt another purchase if your transaction is pending or has successfully completed.
- Authorization Failed message appears…
This message appears when we have received a response from Amazon that your payment could not be processed. You may want to contact the bank that issued your card to inquire about the status of your account. You are encouraged to visit payments.amazon.com for information about your transaction. Declined charges may occur for any number of reasons. If you have made purchases with Amazon before, you may want to confirm that your billing address is still current. Although passes are delivered electronically, Amazon will need your correct zip code and address to process your charge. If you are unable to purchase tickets with your card of choice, please consider (A) returning to the order page and use a different credit card or (B) printing $1.00 off discount admission coupons from SugarloafCrafts.com and paying by cash at the show. We sincerely regret this inconvenience.
- Lost your email and tickets?
You may print your tickets with your Amazon Payments transaction ID. Visit payments.amazon.com to find your past transaction ID. Visit our ticket printing page to retrieve your tickets. Please note that Amazon transaction ID's are long alphanumeric codes. The letter “O” is easily confused with a zero and an “I” confused with a one. We do not recommend retyping this code. Copy and paste the code to save time and insure accuracy. Unfortunately, there is no room for error with your ID code. One typo or extra space and your code will not be accepted. If you are unable to retrieve your tickets, please contact us.
