About Me

In 1986, with no previous experience, I started working full time with wood. I’m self-taught and developed my current style back in the early 90’s. It has been evolving ever since. I work mainly with domestic hardwoods, preferring To use a combination of light and dark wood, creating pieces with contrast. My goal is to design one-of-a-kind pieces with a sense of movement and a organic flow. I achieve this by sculpting the wood using a series of grinders and sanders. Working without sketches keeping my work spontaneous and flowing.
