Dulles Expo Center
AREA – Fairfax County, VA has the highest household income in the entire U.S. This affluent county is home to hundreds of high tech industries like America Online, MCI, and Sprint. All the big name accounting firms and law firms have their offices here as well. It’s also home to Tyson’s Corner Mall, the highest revenue per square foot mall in the country.
FACILITY – Dulles Expo Center provides the perfect setting for an art and craft show. Exhibitors can drive in to unload and pack up. Many spaces have additional storage space in the back. Exhibitor parking is free on site. The Dulles Expo Center is located near Dulles Airport and enjoys easy road access and high exposure on a very busy state highway.
SHOW HISTORY - In 2001, we replaced the Spring show in Manassas, VA with a Spring show at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, VA. As a result, we had the second highest selling 1st year show for any Sugarloaf site! Attendance was up 30%, overall sales were up 65% and average sales per space increased 20% over the Manassas show.
